DELIVERY & RETURNS 

Shipping Charges

When you place an order on our site, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. If for any reason an 

item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will give you an expected delivery date. If a product is in stock and you place your order after 1pm on a week day then your order will be packed the next day.

UK Delivery

  • Postage & Packaging £2.95   
  • Please allow between 2 and 4 working days for Royal Mail delivery.

International Delivery

Unfortunately at this stage we're only shipping to UK addresses on the site. If you live outside of the UK, please contact us at hello@drdogood.co.uk

Refunds

Activate Products Ltd are committed to 100% customer satisfaction; however we do understand that sometimes you might want to return goods ordered. Activate Products Ltd offer a 100% refund for faulty products and/or products returned unused in original packaging with labels intact*. Please inform us within 8 days of purchase of any intent to return items purchased.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. 

We regret we do not refund posting charges for returning items. However in the case of an item exchange we will happily pay the post for returning an item to you.

*Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchange requests on Clearance/Sale items - unless the item(s) received is/are damaged or faulty.

Important

  • If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
  • If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed. 
  • Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges. 
  • Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed. 
  • Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
